Personally, I like fewer pov's, and am very tired of the farm boy who saves the world. I think trying older, wiser characters is a great idea, and I'm sure it presented all sorts of problems that were a challenge for Brian to solve.

I've said this a bunch already, all over the place, but I'm really looking forward to this debut!Jordanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02255600465497523196noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25675853.post-1843208552633943502013-03-05T18:18:50.265+00:002013-03-05T18:18:50.265+00:00I'm British, so I have LOTS of such words to u...I'm British, so I have LOTS of such words to use & amuse...Civilian Readerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10978134983999101494noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25675853.post-642084029201261132013-03-05T16:10:32.448+00:002013-03-05T16:10:32.448+00:00i knew I wasn't crazy...XD (though I'm so ...i knew I wasn't crazy...XD (though I'm so used to titles changing between the US and UK that I didn't even question it)Lexiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01997726505496899916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25675853.post-26189325659646388422013-03-05T16:01:27.935+00:002013-03-05T16:01:27.935+00:00I'll forgive you, just because I find it aweso...I'll forgive you, just because I find it awesome you used the word "bugger."Brianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07538152610153872459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25675853.post-64812639678949526062013-03-05T15:42:37.728+00:002013-03-05T15:42:37.728+00:00Excellent point. And to get my fix of young girls adventuring I read a lot of portal fantasies (since for whatever reason the books I found often had the girl falling into another realm).

I still enjoy those yarns, but I've come to appreciate books where the hero/heroine has a bit more experience (I blame this on Mercedes Lackey since her 'Tarma & Kethry' books more or less made this my template) and how that sometimes works against them.

Looking forward to BLOOD AND PROMISE!Lexiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01997726505496899916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25675853.post-28414955399988055152013-03-05T15:19:04.501+00:002013-03-05T15:19:04.501+00:00Thanks, Stefan.
